FestiLight’s 2 Year Warranty

- All commercial grade LED light strings come with a limited 2-year warranty.
- All other products (including Christmas lights) have a limited 1-year warranty.
- If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace the light strand with a comparable set of Christmas lights.
Please contact us and we will take reasonable measures to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Note: FestiLight products are designed for seasonal use only. Installation of Christmas lights beyond 4 months and/or permanent installation voids any and all warranties on the product. The warranty is null and void if the product has been damaged, ripped, altered, misused, cut, used on other than rated voltage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or installed in a manner other than the manufacturer guidelines and recommendations.
The manufacturer warranty applies to products only. It does not include costs incurred for shipping fees or labour fees for installation or removal of products unless the defect is a direct result of improper installation or removal on the part of FestiLight.
